It takes 1-3 business days to process your order. If you purchased after 12pm EST on a Friday, your package may not ship until the following Monday.

Shipping times may vary:

• Standard Shipping (Continental US): 5-8 business days for $7.95
• Standard Shipping (Hawaii, Alaska and US Territories): 7-10 additional business days, depending on your location.
• Rush Shipping (Continental US): 2-3 business days for $25

We offer free Standard shipping on orders over $50. 

A tracking number will be sent along with your shipping confirmation email, although it could take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update. If you need more assistance, email us at info@baudeny.com.

Delivery time can vary due to public holidays, peak season delays, possible courier delivery issues and other things beyond our control, such as severe weather conditions.

We ship everywhere within the continental US, including Alaska, Hawaii and US territories. We do not ship internationally yet, but we will someday.

Please allow 7-10 extra business days for orders outside the mainland.

We are unable to ship to PO boxes at this time.

We can’t support exchanges yet. If you’re fast and email us at info@baudeny.com before your order has shipped, we might be able to edit or cancel the order.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. It may take up to two weeks for refunds to be credited. Shipping charges can’t be refunded.

If you're wondering about the status of your order, here's how you can track it:

• Check your account: Log in to our site to review your order status, addresses and tracking information.

• Check with the carrier: Check the tracking online or call the carrier to make sure there are no delivery issues. Sometimes packages are delayed or marked as delivered before they actually are.

• Ask around: Inquire with roommates, partners, neighbors or family to see if they have seen or moved the package.

• Check for a confirmation email: Not receiving one means we likely didn't receive the order.

Yes, our products are clean. 

However, ‘clean’ is a marketing term that doesn’t have a clear definition. There are a lot of blurry lines in skincare. Natural isn’t always safe, synthetic isn’t always bad and cruelty-free isn’t always responsibly made. We don’t believe in trends when it comes to formulations. Products should do what they say and be safe for both people and the planet long-term. 

Our definition of ‘clean’ is built on a foundation of proven scientific studies with substantial evidence, deep expertise, and up-to-date information.

Our formulas:

• Free from sulfates, parabens, phthalates, mineral oil, and microplastics
• Comply with EU Regulations (more banned ingredients than the US)
• Vegan & cruelty-free
• Dermatologically tested
• Biodegradable
• pH balanced to protect your skin’s microbiome 
• Made with fragrances that blend natural ingredients with safe synthetics

We obsessively create thoughtful and safe formulations with functional ingredients with the highest level of sustainability in mind. It’s taken us 3 years and thousands of showers to perfect our formulations, stripping away unnecessary compounds and leaving only well-tested and effective ingredients that deliver the ideal hydration, texture, and performance. 

We are proudly transparent about our choices so that our customers can make informed decisions about what’s right for them.

Although no product is fully sustainable, we try to be as responsible as possible by minimizing waste, utilizing recycled materials, and adhering to ethical sourcing and production practices.

Our products feature a mix of renewable, upcycled, biodegradable, and cruelty-free ingredients, balancing responsibly sourced naturals with safe synthetic substitutes.

Our packaging is made from Post Consumer Recycled (PCR) plastic and our boxes are FSC certified. Both can and should be recycled. We avoid glass and aluminum bottles to reduce the use of non-recyclable pumps and risks from broken glass and aluminum leaching. In an effort to ditch plastic completely, we are currently developing fully compostable packaging.

We work hard to ensure our products are safe for all skin types by adhering to our clean standards (see above), using a blend of natural and safe synthetic fragrances at a low dosages, formulating to match your skin’s pH value, and doing extensive dermatological testing.

However, all cosmetic ingredients, including ours, have the potential to irritate sensitive skin. It's important to understand that irritations can happen even if you've used a product safely for years. 

If you are nervous, do a patch test. Put our products on a small part of your skin, inside of your wrist or inside of your knee are good spots. Wait 24 hours to see if you have a reaction. If you do, discontinue use immediately.

Our products are formulated to be safe on all skin, but they are tested specifically for use on the body. We recommend that you consult your dermatologist to get personalized advice.

Our body wash and body lotion last for 145 uses on average, which is around 4 months of daily use.

The shelf life of our products are 1 year after opening and 3 years from manufacture date, unopened. To maximize the effectiveness of our products, store them in a cool place away from direct sunlight.

Our products are manufactured in the USA from globally sourced ingredients.

We don’t offer refills, but we will in the future.

It is a fragrance that has a functional benefit. Baude fragrances include scent accords and active ingredients that have been scientifically proven to stimulate your neurochemistry, make you feel happy, energetic and relaxed, a perfect combo that can ignite your imagination. 

Humans process scents in the same parts of the brain that they process emotions and memories, which is why scents can meaningfully impact how you feel and what you remember.

Part of the mission of Baude is to create products that are amazing to use, and that means making no compromises in the quality of our ingredients and formulations. Unfortunately, clean doesn't mean good, and natural doesn't mean safe, so we've made the commitment to formulate products to fit strict EU regulations, and use rigorously studied ingredients that are scientifically proven to be safe for daily use long-term.

Our fragrances are reviewed against IFRA standards and global regulatory restrictions. These standards ensure that the fragrance is compliant for use in a specific application and use level.

• Vegan & Cruelty-Free: Yes! Our ingredients are 100% vegan, with no animal-derived components, and we never test on animals.

• pH-Balanced: Yes! Our products are formulated to match the skin's natural pH value to protect your skins’ microbiome.

• Gluten-Free: No. Currently, we can't guarantee our products are gluten-free.

Yes, preservatives are important to ensure products stay fresh and effective in addition to preventing the growth of harmful bacteria and mold. That said, we only use preservatives that are researched rigorously and only the smallest amount necessary to guarantee our products are safe.

Yes. We avoid using artificial dyes and additives commonly used to maintain color consistency. Some fragrances may contain essential oils which vary in color depending on crop, region and time of harvest. Color variance does not affect the quality or performance of the product.

Our products are for external use only. If ingested by a pet or child, contact US Poison Control as soon as possible at 1-800-222-1222. Otherwise, we suggest you contact your doctor for more advice.

Open by softly twisting the cap counter-clockwise, stop when you feel slight resistance. Flip the bottle and squeeze to dispense the product from the hole on the cap.

Close by twisting clockwise until snug. The hole at the top of the cap should look closed.

To remove the cap entirely, continue to twist counter-clockwise from open until it comes off.

Our packaging is inspired by cellulite. We were tired of other bodycare brands trying to fix hypothetical skin problems like cellulite and wanted to celebrate real bodies instead.
