Minors

Wholesale and Stockist Program
If you apply to or participate in the Baude NY Wholesale or Consignment Stockist Program ("Stockist Program"), we collect and process additional personal and business information in connection with that program. This section describes how we handle information related to the Stockist Program. Information We Collect from Stockists In addition to the personal information described above, we may collect the following categories of information from current or prospective stockists:
- Business information including your store name, business address, retail location(s), store type, website URL, and social media handles.
- Contact information including the name, email address, and phone number of the primary contact and billing contacts at your business.
- Financial and billing information including your legal business name, tax identification or resale certificate number, billing address, accounts payable email, and payment terms preferences.
- Sales and inventory information including monthly sales reports you submit, product quantities sold, invoice amounts, payment history, and consignment stock levels.
- Agreement and compliance information including records of terms and conditions you have agreed to, electronic signature data, IP address at the time of signing, and the version of the agreement signed.
- Authentication credentials including a vendor PIN assigned to your account for accessing stockist-facing tools such as sales reporting and billing profile updates.
How We Use Stockist Information
We use stockist information for the following purposes:
- To evaluate and process stockist applications.
- Contact information including the name, email address, and phone number of the primary contact and billing contacts at your business.
- To manage your stockist account, including onboarding, consignment stock tracking, and monthly sales reporting.
- To generate and send invoices, track payments, and manage billing.
- To communicate with you about your account, including order confirmations, report reminders, invoice notifications, and program updates.
- To comply with our contractual obligations under the Consignment Agreement or Wholesale Agreement.
Third-Party Services Used in the Stockist Program
We use the following third-party services to operate the Stockist Program. Your information may be shared with these services as described below:
- Shopify (shopify.com) — We create and manage a customer account on your behalf in our Shopify store to facilitate wholesale and consignment orders. Information shared includes your name, email, business address, and customer tags indicating your program type.
- QuickBooks Online (intuit.com) — We use QuickBooks for invoicing and payment tracking. Information shared includes your business name, billing contact, billing address, email, and invoice and payment data.
- Klaviyo (klaviyo.com) — We use Klaviyo to send transactional and lifecycle emails related to the Stockist Program, including application confirmations, report reminders, invoice notifications, and billing updates. Information shared includes your name, email, store name, and program-related event data.
- BSS B2B Solution — We use BSS B2B Solution on Shopify to manage wholesale pricing, order minimums, net payment terms, and shipping rates for stockist accounts.

Stockist Data Retention
We retain stockist information for as long as your stockist account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter to fulfill our legal and contractual obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Signed terms agreements and invoice records are retained indefinitely for legal and accounting purposes.
Each of these services processes your information in accordance with their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of Shopify, Intuit (QuickBooks), and Klaviyo for more information.
Accessing and Correcting Your Information
You can review and change your Personal Information by logging into the Website and visiting your account profile page. You can also request that we delete all Personal Information about you. This does not include any data we are obligated to keep for administrative, legal, and security purposes. Please send any requests to info@baudeny.com.
You also may provide information to be published or displayed on public areas of the Website (“User Contributions”). Your User Contributions are posted on and transmitted to others at your own risk.
